Hello beautiful people!
I know I said that next on Etsy Spotlight was going to be Lemon Paper Co., but since I'm still waiting for some stickers, I decided to review the ones I got from Tuuli Plans (click the picture to go the shop). Tuuli Plans was on my radar for a while, because I thought Alva's printables were really cute. When she uploaded some stickers I fell in love with the cactus. And the shipping wasn't expensive, so I thought it was the perfect time to try her shop. The order was shipped really fast and arrived even faster, probably because we're both in the EU. The stickers are adorable and have great quality. Tuuli Plans is located on Sweden, so my order arrived pretty fast! And Alva was very nice and sweet to me in our communications. She even sent me some Thank You freebies :) Let me show the beauties I bought: If you follow me on Instagram (if you don't, just click the icon on the sidebar!), you know at least two things about me. One is that lately I've been into all the penpal world and met wonderful people. The other is that I really want a Happy Planner, specifically the Fresh Floral one. And I should say wanted. Because... ONE OF MY AMAZING PEN FRIENDS JUST SENT ME THIS PRECISELY HAPPY PLANNER!!!!
She didn't tell me anything about it and I was really surprised. I believe shocked is the right word. She said in her adorable letter: please don't freak out. Jenni, my dear friend, let me tell you that I freaked out. A lot. I laughed, I cried, I smiled, I trembled... I'm so grateful and humbled by this gesture. It's not only about the Happy Planner, it's also about her kindness and gesture. She knew I couldn't afford the planner and the ridiculous shipping costs. She did this only for the kindness of her heart, without expecting nothing in return. I spent half of my day crying tears of joy. I feel like I don't deserve so much kindness. But I must have done something good in my life, because I got to meet amazing people like Jenni, Cindi, Amanda and many others from this awesome planner community. Thank you! Thank you so much! On my first Etsy Spotlight post, I showed you all the stickers I got from Little StarPlans (link is in favourites tab). Today I want to show you how cute they look on my Okay Tina planner.
The first time I heard about Little StarPlans (click the picture above to go to the shop) was in Instagram. There was a giveaway going on and the stickers were so cute that I just had to enter. Unfortunately I didn't win the giveaway, but Cindi sent me a DM thanking me for entering her giveaway and offering a 10% discount on a future purchase. I explained her that I usually can't order anything from Etsy or online shops, because the shipping is very expensive to Portugal. And that was when she told me that Little StarPlans has a flat rate shipping cost for every country. It would only cost me maximum 3€. I couldn't resist all te cuteness and Cindy was so amazing saying that she would add a little extra to my order, and I ordered some stickers. I found them very affordable too. It was my first Etsy order ever. And it went as smoothly as it could be. Less than a week after I had my stickers and I couldn't be happier. Even the package was great! I ended up making another order soon enough and today I'm going to show pictures of my cute Little StarPlans stickers. There's only one thing: I must apologize to you, because when I got them, the idea of a blog wasn't in my mind, so I used some them. Anyway, you can see the full sticker sheet on the etsy shop. Did you like my Little StarPlans stickers? Have you ordered from there or are you thinking to? Remember you can use the coupon code WELCOMESTAR10 to get 10% off your order (minimum 5$).
Next time on Etsy Spotlight: Lemon Paper Co. It is a truth universally acknowledged that a single* woman in possession of a great plan must be in want of a place to share everything related to it. This is my happy place, Planner Land. I don't have a fancy planner (yet!) like the Day Designer, Happy Planner, Erin Condren Life Planner and so on. Right now, I'm using a Okay Tina one. It's undated and came with three sheets of very funny stickers. I'm quiet happy with it. You can check my instagram (click on the left sidebar icon) to see more pictures of the inside.
Of course I like to pimp my planner (it could be a great tv show: Pimp My Planner!), so I'm discovering some great Etsy (and other) shops with lots of great stuff. I'll be making some reviews of the products I ordered, so you know what to expect. My favourite shops will be listed in the favourites tab. Right now, my favourite one is Little StarPlans by Cindy (here). The stickers are really cute and affordable and the shipping is flat rate. And that is awesome! In Portugal we don't have many stationery shops and the shipping fees are always incredibly expensive. In Little StarPlans I don't have to worry about that! And Cindi is not only talented, but really nice and sweet. We even became penpals! I'll post about the stickers I've ordered from there very soon, I promise. Meanwhile, there are lots of pictures of them in my instagram account. Go over there to take a look around. And there's a giveaway going on there too! I hope you all have a wonderful day! *also: married, engaged, in a relationship and "it's complicated" women |
